Dubai Free Zone Authority (DAFZA) in collaboration with INJAZ UAE helped instill the necessary work readiness skills, as well as encouraged youth to take initiative and become entrepreneurs in the UAE. DAFZA supported INJAZ UAE as a Work Readiness Champion in 2014 - 2015 towards the delivery of work readiness programs to 2000 students in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) launched the Ruwad initiative, conducted in cooperation with the Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation (AMAF) and INJAZ UAE. The initiative involved sending orphans abroad to get training in innovation and creativity throughout three phases.
