About Us

INJAZ-UAE is a member of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide. It is a partnership between the business community, educators and volunteers — all working together to inspire young people to dream big and reach their full potential.

Junior Achievement Worldwide is the world’s largest and fastest growing organization dedicated to educating students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs - reaching over 10.6 million students a year. 

In the UAE, INJAZ-UAE reached 15,000 students since 2005, through 1,500 volunteers at 43 schools and universities - and growing!

INJAZ-UAE connects corporate volunteers to mentor youth (ages 11-24) through JA programs, which prepare students to enter the world of work and succeed through interactive, impactful and practical mentoring sessions. 

We provide local and multinational business partners the opportunity to help develop a skilled future workforce and raise their profile in the community as leaders in corporate social responsibility.

We work with education partners — public and private schools and universities to bridge the gap between the world of work and education. 

Organizations can help INJAZ-UAE through financial contributions, in-kind support, and/or volunteers.
